We don’t offer airport transfers or transportation services, but our friendly staff can recommend local taxi services or ride-sharing options to help you get to and from the airport.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking available at UNWND Boutique Hotel Makati. We recommend using nearby public parking facilities or alternative transportation options for your convenience.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel! Small to medium-sized pets are welcome for a pet surcharge of Php 2,000. 

Please note that all pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional cleaning services can be requested for PHP 1,000 per service.

For cancellations:

• All cancellations and modifications must be requested in writing via email to reservations.makati@unwndstays.com or by calling +632 995 634 7742.
• Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
• If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a full room night charge for the entire reserved stay.

For refunds:

• For credit cards, the refund will be credited back within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the reservation.
• For reservations made through third-party online travel agencies (OTAs), the cancellation and modification policies of the respective platforms will apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided by the OTA at the time of booking.

We are happy to assist you with any dietary requirements. You may inform the Reservations team when booking or approach the Front Office upon check-in.

Yes, UNWND is a great spot for families! We welcome guests of all ages and offer a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. For extra person charges, here’s the breakdown:

• Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5): Free of charge
• Children (ages 6-11): Php 600 per night, which includes daily kids’ breakfast
• Adults (ages 12 and above): Php 1,200 per night, which includes daily breakfast

Extra beds are available upon request in select rooms.

Deposit Policy

• 1-night stay: A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount is required to reserve a room.
• 2 or more nights: A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
